Ambassador of Belarus visits Changwon and Busan
19.05.2021 г.On May 17, 2021 H.E. Mr. Andrei Popkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea, visited the cities of Changwon and Busan.
Changwon, the capital of South Gyeongsang province, is a major center of machine-building industry (automotive components, electronics, railway equipment, energy equipment).
Busan, the second largest Korean city and is regarded as the economic, cultural and educational center of southeastern part of the Republic of Korea.
During the visit to Changwon the Ambassador discussed opportunities for future bilateral cooperation with the Deputy City Mayor.
In the framework of his visit to Busan the Ambassador met with the leading business associations and representatives of Busan business community and exchanged views on the prospects of enhancing contacts with Belarusian enterprises.
