Ambassador of Belarus to the Republic of Korea meets President & Publisher of “The Korea Times”

On May 23, 2019 H.E. Mr. A.Popkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea, held a meeting with Mr. Lee Byeong-eon, President & Publisher of “The Korea Times”.
“The Korea Times” is the oldest English-language newspaper published daily in the Republic of Korea. The newspaper was founded on November 1, 1950. It is a sister paper of the “Hankook Ilbo”, a major Korean language daily.
During the meeting the sides discussed prospects for expanding cooperation between Belarusian and Korean media, bilateral relations and plans for coverage of upcoming events and projects.
