Belarusian delegation takes part in Smartcloud Show 2018 in Seoul
21.09.2018 г.The Belarusian delegation consisting of representatives of the Hi-Tech Park, the author of the decree “On the development of the digital economy” D. Aleinikov and the CEO of the company “LVO” O. Kondratenko with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Korea took part in the major international forum Smartcloud Show 2018 in Seoul.
During the event, the presentation of the Hi-Tech Park, the concept of development of Belarus as IT-countriy and the role of the decree “On the development of the digital economy” in its implementation was held.
Participants of the forum noted the innovative nature of the Belarusian legislation in the sphere of regulation of the blockchain economy and cryptocurrencies.
During the visit to Seoul the delegation also held meetings with representatives of South Korean IT companies, such as Samsung SDS, discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of venture financing with representatives of specialized Korean agencies. With the assistance of the Embassy meetings with representatives of one of the leading telecommunications holdings Korea Telecom and the law firm HMP Law were organized.
