Belarusian delegation takes part in 2019 Knowledge Sharing Program Dissemination Conference in Seoul

Оn September 9, 2019 H.E. Andrei Popkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea, and other Belarusian delegates participated in 2019 Knowledge Sharing Program Dissemination Conference in Conrad Seoul Hotel.
The Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP), launched by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea (MOEF) in 2004, is an economic cooperation program designed to share Korea’s development experience with partner countries. Belarus participated in KSP with the first project in 2018/2019.
In his opening remarks H.E. Hong Nam-Ki, Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea, mentioned the KSP project with Belarus among the most successful ones for the last year.

Dmitry Yaroshevich, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, presented the main outcome of “Digital Transformation of National Economy of the Republic of Belarus” KSP project and its importance for further economic development of the country.

The same day the delegation had several meetings and talks, including those with the senior officials and executives of the Ministry Economy and Finance of the Republic of Korea (MOEF), the Presidential Committee on Northern Economic Cooperation, the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and Korea Eximbank.
