Ambassador of Belarus A.Popkov meets the President of Korea International Cooperation Agency

On February 20, 2019, H.E. Mr. A.Popkov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Korea, held a meeting with Ms. Lee Mi-kyung, President of Korea International Cooperation Agency.
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is an organization established in 1991 under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea. Key functions of the KOICA are the implementation of official development assistance programs (ODA) through the provision of grants and various training and technical cooperation programs.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the areas of international technical assistance, the participation of Belarusian specialists in educational and training programs, as well as the prospects of cooperation in the implementation of joint projects in the fields of ICT and the digital economy.
